At this time, Brady's Botanicals is NOT accepting returns on purchased products and/or accessories. We urge you to reach out to us directly with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.

At Brady's Botanicals, we stand behind our products 100%. We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none, and our customers agree that this difference is something you will experience. We are so convinced our products will make a difference you can actually feel, that if any product does not meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 7 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product. Email or call us within 7 days of receiving your product shipment. Once we receive the returned product, an exchange will be issued, and an email will notify you of that transaction.

Return Policy for Brady's Buds:

All sales are final and non-returnable unless your package is undelivered due to a Post Office error. We ask that you take extra care when filling out your shipping information, as we cannot refund or replace any shipment which has not been delivered due to entering the wrong mailing address.
